Collection: Feelings TSUNAGU “Tsunagi”

In the past, in Japan, parents, children, and siblings would cherish one kimono together. I took over and used it.

The worn and damaged areas were patched with beautiful patterned fabric and re-tailored into an original piece to be worn again.

Even after the clothes were no longer used, they were remade into household items and used again, and then used as fuel, and even after turning into charcoal, they were used as fertilizer.

The phrase "Cotton is never thrown away" was even coined.

"We want to make the most of the fabric that has aged over the years, and cherish even the smallest pieces of precious Kurume Kasuri fabric," was the idea behind the creation of this special "jumpsuit" (overalls).
