Care instructions

※please note※

Please do not wash the entire product in the washing machine, as the texture of the fabric will change, and the padding will become uneven or hardened, causing the product to lose its shape.

1: Daily care

We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.

Although some hair will come off, it can also be used to straighten tangled hair and remove small dust and dirt on the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur and cannot be replanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to brush too much.

2: If you are concerned about white fabric or stains

・Cleaning method using a neutral detergent Dilute the neutral detergent in your home with water, soak it in a sponge or cloth and pat the dirty part, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently rub the dirty part. Wipe with water and dry thoroughly in the shade.

・Cleaning with spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water It is also effective to spray the surface of the main unit and wipe it off with a dry cloth.

*In any case, if the water penetrates into the filling, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned above, the filling will harden, so please only clean the surface.

・Sakurako

This is a new face that uses acrylic boa for the main body fabric!

[Sakurako Profile]

♀ The younger sister of Tamako, the 2-year-old watchmaker, currently lives in a Japanese sweets shop in the Azabu-Juban shopping arcade.
At first glance she may appear to be a quiet, ladylike type, but in reality she has a fiery temper and hates to lose.
However, like her sister, she is beautiful and there is no end to the male cats in the neighborhood who try to court her.
Perhaps because of the family business, he loves bean paste more than anything else, so much so that he would even say he likes taiyaki more than sea bream, but when it comes to taiyaki, he prefers the crunchy version without the bean paste in the tail.

[Yukata made with Kurume Kasuri fabric]
This is an original product planned and developed by Creative Factory Hoshinoho.
We use Kurume Kasuri, a traditional cotton fabric that represents Japan and has been produced in the Chikugo region for over 200 years.
The complex and highly advanced traditional technique of tying threads, dyeing them, and creating patterns by leaving the tied areas undyed was designated an Intangible Cultural Property in 1957. It is a valuable fabric that takes about two months to complete.

The kasuri used for the yukata is a bolt of cloth that won the second Excellence Award at the "Kurume Kasuri Design Contest" sponsored by the Hirokawa Town Tourism Association https://www.hirokankou.org/ . The fabric was designed by Himena Furuta, who was 9 years old at the time, and woven by Fuku Orimono https://m.facebook.com/kasuri.tomi , and will be sold in limited quantities.

[Cuddly original design]
~Nozomi~ Designed by Aki Narahara, each piece is carefully handmade.
A certificate with the shipping date and the designer's signature will be enclosed, and the item will be wrapped in a paper box that is only available on the online shop. Please be sure to read the instructions on how to wear and care for the item.

[The thoughts behind the cherry blossom pattern]
This yukata is inspired by cherry blossoms blooming under a blue sky.
The cherry blossom (sakura) pattern has long been a symbol of bountiful harvests, with "sa" meaning "god of the fields/grain spirit" and "kura" meaning "the place where the god resides." It is also said to represent the beginning of good fortune as a symbol of spring flowers when many flowers sprout.

[About yukata sizes]

The yukata is a special outfit for Koharu, Wasami, Tamako, and Sakurako from "Somegoro and his friends". (The size is also suitable for Somegoro, Pinkerton, Jingoro, Kanta, Smile Kanta, Kannosuke, and Nemuri Kannosuke.)
