This is an original product planned and developed by Creative factory Hoshinoho.
We use Kurume Kasuri, a traditional Japanese cotton fabric that has been used in the Chikugo region for over 200 years.
The complex and sophisticated traditional technique of creating patterns by tying and dyeing the threads and leaving the tied areas undyed was designated as an intangible cultural property in 1966. This is a valuable textile that takes about two months to complete.
