The Cuddly Official Online Shop has decided to review the content of its "Membership Benefits" and "Email Newsletter Subscription Benefits" to improve customer service.
We will transition to a new benefits system starting July 31, 2026 (Friday).
About Membership Benefits of the Official Online Shop
The membership benefits for the official online shop will be changed as follows.
[Old: Membership Benefits]
The previous membership benefits were as follows:
- A discount coupon equivalent to 10% of the purchase amount (incl. tax) was issued the month following the purchase.
- Discount coupons had no expiration date.
- Multiple discount coupons could not be used together.
- To use a discount coupon, a coupon code was entered on the purchase screen.
- Discount coupon codes were only provided via email (not displayed on the purchase screen).

[New: Membership Benefits]
From July 31, 2026, the service will be improved as follows.
- Points equivalent to 10% of the purchase amount (incl. tax) will be distributed within 3 days of product shipment (1 point = 1 yen).
- Points will have no expiration date (no change from the old benefits system).
- Points will be added with each purchase and can be used in 1-yen increments for subsequent purchases.
- You can check your accumulated points at any time by logging into your My Page.

About Email Newsletter Subscription Benefits
The email newsletter subscription benefits for the official online shop will be changed as follows.
[Old: Email Newsletter Subscription Benefits]
The previous benefits were as follows:
- Periodic limited-time discount coupons were sent via email newsletter.
- Multiple discount coupons could not be used together.
- To use a discount coupon, a coupon code was entered on the purchase screen.
- Early notification of new products was sent via email.

- Periodic limited-time discount coupons will be sent (no change from the old benefits system).
- Multiple discount coupons cannot be used together (no change from the old benefits system).
- To use a discount coupon, a coupon code is entered on the purchase screen (no change from the old benefits system).
- Early notification of new products will be sent via email (no change from the old benefits system).
- Receive 500 points upon new registration!
★For those who have already subscribed (registered before July 31, 2026), a 500 yen discount coupon will be delivered via email on July 31, 2026.
*Discount coupons cannot be used in conjunction with points.

Coupon tickets previously issued under the old membership benefits and old email newsletter subscription benefits will remain valid indefinitely even after the renewal.
Please note that purchases made from June 1, 2026, for which discount coupons have not yet been delivered due to the transition period, will be subject to the new point system.
For members registered before July 2026, the benefits for purchases made from June 1, 2026, will be distributed as points instead of discount coupons.
