📦 1. About Customs Duties, Various Taxes, and Fees

When products are exported from Japan, additional costs such as customs duties, other various taxes (e.g., VAT, consumption tax), and customs clearance fees may be incurred, depending on the regulations of the destination country or region. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient (the person who placed the order).

For deliveries to the United States, pre-application to U.S. Customs and payment of customs duties are required before shipping the product.

Since the amount of customs duties cannot be determined at the time of order, additional fees, such as customs duties, will be requested after your order has been placed.

  • About Delivery Date/Time Specification: As this is an international shipment, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept specific delivery dates or time slots. We appreciate your understanding.
💸 3. Shipping Fee Refunds
  • Refund of Shipping Fee Difference: If the actual shipping cost is less than the charged amount, we will refund the difference.

*Please Note: Refunds may take about 10 days to process. Depending on your credit card company, the full amount may be debited before the refund is processed. We ask for your understanding.

Cuddly cats are products intended for adults.
They are not designed as general toys. (Japanese toy standard: 6 years and older / European standard: 14 years and older)
  • Realistic Design: To recreate the appearance of a real cat, whiskers, eyebrows, and paw pads are included. Also, because soft fake fur is used, some shedding may occur, similar to a real cat.
  • Caution for Small Children: If pulled strongly or swung around, small parts may come off and pose a choking hazard.
