All products will be delivered with original Cuddly gift wrapping regardless of the purpose. Please note that we do not support customer-specified packaging such as noshi paper.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item for return.
*If we do not hear from you before returning the item, we will not be able to accept it.
We ship after inspection, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
We will bear the shipping fee and other fees for returns and exchanges that are our responsibility. For returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee and its handling fee will be borne by the customer.

Please do not wash the entire product in the washing machine, as the texture of the fabric will change, and the padding will become uneven or hardened, causing the product to lose its shape.
1: Daily care
We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.
Although some hair will come off, it can also be used to straighten tangled hair and remove small dust and dirt on the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur and cannot be replanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to brush too much.
2: If you are concerned about white fabric or stains
・Cleaning method using a neutral detergent Dilute the neutral detergent in your home with water, soak it in a sponge or cloth and pat the dirty part, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently rub the dirty part. Wipe with water and dry thoroughly in the shade.
・Cleaning with spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water It is also effective to spray the surface of the main unit and wipe it off with a dry cloth.
*In any case, if the water penetrates into the filling, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned above, the filling will harden, so please only clean the surface.

【タマ子プロフィール】

麻布十番商店街はずれの時計屋に在住。
今は亡き母猫タマの長女として生まれ、面倒くさがりの主人からタマ子と命名されるも、その安直さと今風じゃない感じが嫌でいつか改名したいと思っている。
主人の影響で幼い頃から音楽に馴染み最近はダンスミュージックにハマっている。
美人で性格も良く年頃でもあることから、界隈ではお嫁さんにしたい猫ナンバーワンとの呼び声も高いが、♂猫に興味を示さずこれまでに浮いた話は聞いたことがない。
【久留米絣を使用した浴衣】
浴衣はCreative factory ほしのほが企画・開発したオリジナル商品です。
筑後地方で220年以上続く、日本を代表する伝統的な木綿織物「久留米絣」を使用しています。
「久留米絣」は、糸を括り、染め、括った場所が染まらない事で、柄を作る複雑で高度な伝統技法により生産されています。
中でも「藍染・手括り・投げ杼による手織り」などの技法を用いて、年にわずかしか生産できない手織りの絣が1957年に「国の重要無形文化財」に指定されました。
また、本製品にも使用している、動力織機を用いた多くの久留米絣は、「1976年に経済産業大臣指定の伝統的工芸品」に指定されています。生地の完成までに２ヶ月から４ヶ月を要す大変貴重な織物です。

【ぼたん柄に込められた想い】
「ぼたん」は昔から“幸福や繁栄”を願う柄として用いられてきました。
花弁が幾重にもなるその華やかな花姿から「百花の王」と呼ばれ、
大輪の花を咲かせることから、女性の“美しさや優雅さ”を表す花とされています。また、牡丹の「丹」は赤を表し、不老不死の煎薬という意味もあるとされ、”長寿”を願う意味も込められています。
【帯の麻の葉の柄に込められた想い】
「麻の葉」模様は日本に古くから伝わる柄で、“健やかな成長”や“魔除け”の意味があります。

小春／わさ美／わタマ子／桜子 専用のお洋服です。

"We want to provide stuffed animals that will be loved for a long time, with designs that will nurture the imagination of small children and be appreciated by adults as well."
In order to realize this vision, No Side Co., Ltd. launched the brand "Cuddly" on February 8, 2006, with the meaning "so cute you want to hug it."
What started as a small brand with just two stuffed animals, Somegoro and Pinkerton, has now grown to 38 members. With so many people adopting stuffed toys, we will be celebrating our 20th anniversary next spring.
As a token of our appreciation to all of our customers, our official online shop has prepared some not-for-sale novelty items.
