All products will be delivered with original Cuddly gift wrapping regardless of the purpose. Please note that we do not support customer-specified packaging such as noshi paper.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item for return.
*If we do not hear from you before returning the item, we will not be able to accept it.
We ship after inspection, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
We will bear the shipping fee and other fees for returns and exchanges that are our responsibility. For returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee and its handling fee will be borne by the customer.
In addition, in the case of cancellation or refusal to receive the package after the product has been shipped, the customer will be charged the round-trip shipping fee.

*Caution*
Please absolutely avoid machine washing, as it can change the texture of the fabric, cause the stuffing to clump or harden, and lead to deformation.
1: Daily Care
We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.
While some fur loss may occur, it will help untangle matted fur and remove small debris and dust from the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur, and fur cannot be re-implanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to over-brush.
2: For white fabric areas or when dirt is particularly noticeable
・Care method using a neutral detergent
Dilute a household neutral detergent with water, soak a sponge or cloth in it, and dab the dirty areas, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently scrub the dirty areas. Finally, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly in the shade.
・Care using spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water
Spraying it on the surface of the body and wiping it off with a dry cloth is also effective.
※In either case, if moisture penetrates the stuffing, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned earlier, the stuffing will harden. Therefore, please limit care to only the surface.

[Scarf and hat]
" Fumique " (Fumik). It is made using Japanese wool, and is argyle knitted, with each pattern then layered with chain stitch embroidery in a special process. The hat has a transparent elastic string attached, so place it under your chin and secure it in place when putting it on.
Because we take the time to carefully craft each item, they are available in limited quantities and it may take some time until the next shipment arrives.
*Note: The color of the scarf may fade if it gets wet or rubbed. Also, if you use it for a long time, it may leave marks on the stuffed animal's fur or the color may transfer to the white fur. Do not leave it on for a long time, and use it only when you are looking at it.

It is made of high-quality high pile printed fabric. It features a big belly and intense gaze, but is also subtly charming.
Since the stuffed animals are cut randomly from the printed fabric, there will be individual differences in the patterns on each one. Please be aware of this beforehand and enjoy the individuality of the Monsieur you receive.

He does not have a specific master and gets his food from all the street vendors, so he is quite obese despite his old age.
In this tourist-heavy area, cameras are often pointed at them, but they quickly run away and are never photographed.
