[About packaging]
All products will be delivered with original Cuddly gift wrapping regardless of the purpose. Please note that we do not support customer-specified packaging such as noshi paper.
[About returns and cancellations]
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item for return.
*If we do not hear from you before returning the item, we will not be able to accept it.
We ship after inspection, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
We will bear the shipping fee and other fees for returns and exchanges that are our responsibility. For returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee and its handling fee will be borne by the customer.
In addition, in the case of cancellation or refusal to receive the package after the product has been shipped, the customer will be charged the round-trip shipping fee.

*Caution*
Please absolutely avoid machine washing, as it can change the texture of the fabric, cause the stuffing to clump or harden, and lead to deformation.
1: Daily Care
We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.
While some fur loss may occur, it will help untangle matted fur and remove small debris and dust from the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur, and fur cannot be re-implanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to over-brush.
2: For white fabric areas or when dirt is particularly noticeable
・Care method using a neutral detergent
Dilute a household neutral detergent with water, soak a sponge or cloth in it, and dab the dirty areas, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently scrub the dirty areas. Finally, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly in the shade.
・Care using spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water
Spraying it on the surface of the body and wiping it off with a dry cloth is also effective.
※In either case, if moisture penetrates the stuffing, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned earlier, the stuffing will harden. Therefore, please limit care to only the surface.

[Jinbei made with Kurume Kasuri fabric]
Jinbei is an original product planned and developed by Creative Factory Hoshinoho.
We use Kurume Kasuri, a traditional cotton fabric that represents Japan and has been produced in the Chikugo region for over 200 years.
Kurume Kasuri is produced using a complex and highly advanced traditional technique in which threads are tied together, dyed, and the patterns are created by leaving the tied areas undyed.
In particular, hand-woven kasuri, which is produced in small quantities each year using techniques such as indigo dyeing, hand-tying, and hand-weaving with a throwing shuttle, was designated an Intangible Cultural Property in 1957.
Furthermore, many of the Kurume Kasuri patterns used in this product are made on power looms and were designated as "Traditional Crafts by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in 1976. " It is an extremely valuable fabric, taking two to four months to complete.
All of the Kasuri patterns used on the jinbei are made from fabrics from Sakata Orimono http://sakataorimono.com/ .
[Cuddly original design]
This jinbei has a one-sided pattern, with the left and right sides made from different fabrics, and combines a rich, deep blue plain fabric with an auspicious Yagasuri pattern.

[The thoughts behind the Yagasuri pattern]
Since ancient times, bows and arrows have been used not only as weapons but also in religious ceremonies, and are believed to ward off misfortune and bring happiness.
The yagasuri pattern, which represents an arrow, is imbued with the wish that boys will grow up healthy and strong, and since an arrow once shot flies straight and never returns, arrow feather patterns were used on the kimonos and accessories of brides' dowries during the Edo period.
Nowadays, it is common for women to wear yagasuri kimonos at graduation ceremonies, with the hope that they will grow into dignified women who move forward with a positive attitude, and the pattern is considered to be very auspicious.

Jinbei can be worn by most cats in "Somegoro and his friends" and "The lovely friends of Montmartre", but Chachamaru, Koharu, Chibi Some, Chibi Pin, Maria Relax, BeBe, and CoCo cannot wear it because their body size does not fit. Thank you for your understanding.
