All products will be delivered with original Cuddly gift wrapping regardless of the purpose. Please note that we do not support customer-specified packaging such as noshi paper.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item for return.
*If we do not hear from you before returning the item, we will not be able to accept it.
We ship after inspection, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
We will bear the shipping fee and other fees for returns and exchanges that are our responsibility. For returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee and its handling fee will be borne by the customer.

*Caution*
Please absolutely avoid machine washing, as it can change the texture of the fabric, cause the stuffing to clump or harden, and lead to deformation.
1: Daily Care
We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.
While some fur loss may occur, it will help untangle matted fur and remove small debris and dust from the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur, and fur cannot be re-implanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to over-brush.
2: For white fabric areas or when dirt is particularly noticeable
・Care method using a neutral detergent
Dilute a household neutral detergent with water, soak a sponge or cloth in it, and dab the dirty areas, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently scrub the dirty areas. Finally, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly in the shade.
・Care using spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water
Spraying it on the surface of the body and wiping it off with a dry cloth is also effective.
※In either case, if moisture penetrates the stuffing, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned earlier, the stuffing will harden. Therefore, please limit care to only the surface.

【Chanchanko made with Kurume-kasuri】
This is an original product planned and developed by Creative Factory Hoshinoho.
It uses "Kurume-kasuri," a traditional Japanese cotton textile that has been produced in the Chikugo region for over 220 years.
"Kurume-kasuri" is produced using a complex and advanced traditional technique where patterns are created by tying threads, dyeing them, and preventing the tied areas from being dyed.
Among these, hand-woven kasuri, which uses techniques such as "indigo dyeing, hand-tying, and hand-weaving with a shuttle," and can only be produced in limited quantities each year, was designated as a "NationalImportant Intangible Cultural Property" in 1957.
Additionally, many Kurume-kasuri fabrics, including those used in this product and woven using power looms, were designated as "traditional crafts by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in 1976." It is a very valuable textile, taking two to four months to complete the fabric.

Designed by Aki Narahara of ~Ki~.
Just like human chanchanko, each piece is carefully handmade with cotton padding.
The small pocket on the back adds a charming accent.
The sides are not fully sewn, but fastened with wooden buttons and elastic, allowing for easy size adjustment and removal.
A certificate with the shipping date and designer's signature will be enclosed, and the product will be delivered in an online shop exclusive gift box. A paper outlining instructions for wear and care is enclosed, so please be sure to read it.
【Meaning behind the small plum pattern】
The plum pattern is considered auspicious because it signifies blooming in the face of hardship. Plum blossoms have also been used for prayers for safe childbirth, due to a wordplay on "umu" (to give birth).
Furthermore, flower patterns, by weaving seasonal flowers, carry the meaning of adding a touch of elegance to life's milestones and celebrations. It embodies the wishes to "enhance the beauty" of life and "add a flourish to life."
【Small plum pattern chanchanko - Size information】
The chanchanko can be worn by most cats from "Somemgoro and Friends" and "Montmartre's Wonderful Friends", but Koharu, Chibisome, Chibinpin, Maria Relax, BeBe, and CoCo cannot wear it due to their size. Please understand.
