All products will be delivered with original Cuddly gift wrapping regardless of the purpose. Please note that we do not support customer-specified packaging such as noshi paper.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item for return.
*If we do not hear from you before returning the item, we will not be able to accept it.
We ship after inspection, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
We will bear the shipping fee and other fees for returns and exchanges that are our responsibility. For returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee and its handling fee will be borne by the customer.

*Caution*
Please absolutely avoid machine washing, as it can change the texture of the fabric, cause the stuffing to clump or harden, and lead to deformation.
1: Daily Care
We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.
While some fur loss may occur, it will help untangle matted fur and remove small debris and dust from the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur, and fur cannot be re-implanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to over-brush.
2: For white fabric areas or when dirt is particularly noticeable
・Care method using a neutral detergent
Dilute a household neutral detergent with water, soak a sponge or cloth in it, and dab the dirty areas, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently scrub the dirty areas. Finally, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly in the shade.
・Care using spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water
Spraying it on the surface of the body and wiping it off with a dry cloth is also effective.
※In either case, if moisture penetrates the stuffing, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned earlier, the stuffing will harden. Therefore, please limit care to only the surface.

【Chanchanko made from Kurume Kasuri fabric】
This is an original product planned and developed by Creative Factory Hoshinoho.
It uses Kurume Kasuri, a traditional Japanese cotton textile that has been produced in the Chikugo region for over 220 years.
"Kurume Kasuri" is produced using complex and advanced traditional techniques where threads are tied, dyed, and the tied areas remain undyed to create patterns.
Among these, hand-woven kasuri, which uses techniques such as indigo dyeing, hand-tying, and shuttle weaving, and can only be produced in limited quantities each year, was designated as a "National Important Intangible Cultural Property" in 1957.
Additionally, many Kurume Kasuri fabrics, including those used in this product, which are made using power looms, were designated as "Traditional Crafts by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in 1976." This is a very valuable textile that takes two to four months to complete the fabric.

Just like chanchankos for humans, each one is carefully handmade with cotton stuffing.
A small pocket on the back adds an accent.
The side seams are not fully sewn, but are fastened with wooden buttons and elastic, making it easy to adjust the size and put on/take off.
A certificate with the shipping date and designer's signature will be enclosed, and it will be delivered wrapped in a special paper box for online shop exclusive. A paper with instructions on how to wear and care for the product is enclosed, so please be sure to read it.
【Meaning of the Sazanami (diamond) pattern】
Since ancient times, the diamond shape has been imbued with wishes for "good health and protection from illness," and is also used to pray for prosperity of descendants.
It resembles the ripples on the sea, and the pattern composed of continuous diamonds carries a wish for "uninterrupted and long-lasting" prosperity.

Most cats from "Somegoro and his jolly friends" and "Wonderful friends of Montmartre" can wear the chanchanko, but Koharu, Chibisome, Chibipin, Maria Relax, BeBe, and CoCo cannot wear it due to size incompatibility. Thank you for your understanding.
