All products will be delivered with original Cuddly gift wrapping regardless of the purpose. Please note that we do not support customer-specified packaging such as noshi paper.
[About returns and cancellations]
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item for return.
*If we do not hear from you before returning the item, we will not be able to accept it.
We ship after inspection, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
We will bear the shipping fee and other fees for returns and exchanges that are our responsibility. For returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee and its handling fee will be borne by the customer.
In addition, in the case of cancellation or refusal to receive the package after the product has been shipped, the customer will be charged the round-trip shipping fee.

*Caution*
Please absolutely avoid machine washing, as it can change the texture of the fabric, cause the stuffing to clump or harden, and lead to deformation.
1: Daily Care
We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.
While some fur loss may occur, it will help untangle matted fur and remove small debris and dust from the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur, and fur cannot be re-implanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to over-brush.
2: For white fabric areas or when dirt is particularly noticeable
・Care method using a neutral detergent
Dilute a household neutral detergent with water, soak a sponge or cloth in it, and dab the dirty areas, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently scrub the dirty areas. Finally, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly in the shade.
・Care using spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water
Spraying it on the surface of the body and wiping it off with a dry cloth is also effective.
※In either case, if moisture penetrates the stuffing, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned earlier, the stuffing will harden. Therefore, please limit care to only the surface.

A hand-knitted sweater designed by Fumique has been released.
This is an original product from the official Cuddly online shop.
[Maria Small Flower Hand-Knitted Sweater]
Made from 100% Japanese merino wool, the diamond-shaped pattern is created using wooden beads that are threaded one by one and crocheted, with small flowers crocheted one by one on top.
[The thoughts behind the pattern]
In Japan and overseas, diamonds are considered to be very auspicious and are used as talismans. The continuous floral pattern also symbolizes adding flowers to new beginnings and celebrations in life.
We have carefully crafted this product to be as peaceful and bring lots of happiness as the soft pink color and the flowers that adorn it.
These are special sweaters that are all hand-knitted .
A certificate with the shipping date and the designer's signature will be enclosed and the item will be delivered in special gift wrapping.
*The color of the sweater may fade if it gets wet or rubbed against something. Prolonged use may also leave marks on the stuffed animal's fur or cause color transfer to the white fur. Do not leave the sweater on for long periods of time; use only when displaying it.
*Since unpainted plain wood beads are used, we recommend not washing them and instead cleaning only the woolen parts using the same method as for removing stains.
