All products will be delivered with original Cuddly gift wrapping regardless of the purpose. Please note that we do not support customer-specified packaging such as noshi paper.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item for return.
*If we do not hear from you before returning the item, we will not be able to accept it.
We ship after inspection, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
We will bear the shipping fee and other fees for returns and exchanges that are our responsibility. For returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee and its handling fee will be borne by the customer.
In addition, in the case of cancellation or refusal to receive the package after the product has been shipped, the customer will be charged the round-trip shipping fee.

*Caution*
Please absolutely avoid machine washing, as it can change the texture of the fabric, cause the stuffing to clump or harden, and lead to deformation.
1: Daily Care
We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.
While some fur loss may occur, it will help untangle matted fur and remove small debris and dust from the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur, and fur cannot be re-implanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to over-brush.
2: For white fabric areas or when dirt is particularly noticeable
・Care method using a neutral detergent
Dilute a household neutral detergent with water, soak a sponge or cloth in it, and dab the dirty areas, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently scrub the dirty areas. Finally, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly in the shade.
・Care using spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water
Spraying it on the surface of the body and wiping it off with a dry cloth is also effective.
※In either case, if moisture penetrates the stuffing, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned earlier, the stuffing will harden. Therefore, please limit care to only the surface.

[Aran pattern sweater]
The color is a warm grayish white.
Each sweater is hand-knitted and sized perfectly to fit Monsieur & Pot-au-feu's bodies, making it a special sweater that evokes a sense of nostalgia.
[The thoughts behind the Aran pattern]
The "Aran pattern" is said to have originated on the Aran Islands in Ireland.
Each piece is said to have a meaning, as they represent the wishes of wives praying for the safety of their husbands who go out fishing and for a bountiful catch.The unique arrangement has been passed down from parent to child over a long history.
A knitting technique called "cross knitting" is often used, and patterns are created by taking great care to alternate the front and back stitches and changing the knitting method.

This is the perfect size for making Monsieur Pot-au-feu.
*A certificate with the shipping date and the designer's signature will be enclosed and the product will be delivered in special wrapping.
*The color of the sweater may fade if it gets wet or rubbed against something. Prolonged use may also leave marks on the stuffed animal's fur or cause color transfer to the white fur. Do not leave the sweater on for long periods of time; use only when displaying it.
* It has a fluffy finish. Please be aware that it may shrink after washing.
