All products will be delivered with original Cuddly gift wrapping regardless of the purpose. Please note that we do not support customer-specified packaging such as noshi paper.
[About returns and cancellations]
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item for return.
*If we do not hear from you before returning the item, we will not be able to accept it.
We ship after inspection, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
We will bear the shipping fee and other fees for returns and exchanges that are our responsibility. For returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee and its handling fee will be borne by the customer.
In addition, in the case of cancellation or refusal to receive the package after the product has been shipped, the customer will be charged the round-trip shipping fee.

*Caution*
Please absolutely avoid machine washing, as it can change the texture of the fabric, cause the stuffing to clump or harden, and lead to deformation.
1: Daily Care
We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.
While some fur loss may occur, it will help untangle matted fur and remove small debris and dust from the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur, and fur cannot be re-implanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to over-brush.
2: For white fabric areas or when dirt is particularly noticeable
・Care method using a neutral detergent
Dilute a household neutral detergent with water, soak a sponge or cloth in it, and dab the dirty areas, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently scrub the dirty areas. Finally, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly in the shade.
・Care using spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water
Spraying it on the surface of the body and wiping it off with a dry cloth is also effective.
※In either case, if moisture penetrates the stuffing, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned earlier, the stuffing will harden. Therefore, please limit care to only the surface.

[Monsieur]
Monsieur is made from luxurious high pile printed fabric and features a big belly and intense gaze, but he also has a subtle charm to him (lol). The plush toys are cut out randomly from the printed fabric, so there will be individual differences in the patterns on each one. Please note this in advance.
[The story behind the jacket and hat]
Monsieur lives in a row of open-air second-hand bookstores along the Seine.
He has no particular master and gets his food from all the street vendors, so he is quite obese despite his old age.
When Monsieur wakes up on Christmas morning, he finds a gift prepared by the shopkeepers at his bedside. Inside is a jacket and hat set made by a skilled tailor. Monsieur seems to like it very much and always wears it on special occasions.
The shop owners were delighted and tried to capture it with their cameras, but it quickly ran away and was never photographed.
[About jackets and hats]
The jacket and hat are original products exclusively for Monsieur, planned and developed by Creative Factory Hoshinoho. Just like human clothing, they are handcrafted by tailors with attention to detail. Made from beige napped tweed with moss green accents, the costume has a playful design reminiscent of a French gentleman. A certificate with the shipping date and the designer's signature is included, and the item will be delivered in special gift wrapping.
