All products will be delivered with original Cuddly gift wrapping regardless of the purpose. Please note that we do not support customer-specified packaging such as noshi paper.
[About returns and cancellations]
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item for return.
*If we do not hear from you before returning the item, we will not be able to accept it.
We ship after inspection, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
We will bear the shipping fee and other fees for returns and exchanges that are our responsibility. For returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee and its handling fee will be borne by the customer.
In addition, in the case of cancellation or refusal to receive the package after the product has been shipped, the customer will be charged the round-trip shipping fee.

*Caution*
Please absolutely avoid machine washing, as it can change the texture of the fabric, cause the stuffing to clump or harden, and lead to deformation.
1: Daily Care
We recommend brushing with a pet brush called a slicker brush.
While some fur loss may occur, it will help untangle matted fur and remove small debris and dust from the surface.
However, unlike real pets, stuffed animals do not grow new fur, and fur cannot be re-implanted into the fabric, so please be careful not to over-brush.
2: For white fabric areas or when dirt is particularly noticeable
・Care method using a neutral detergent
Dilute a household neutral detergent with water, soak a sponge or cloth in it, and dab the dirty areas, or apply it to a toothbrush and gently scrub the dirty areas. Finally, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly in the shade.
・Care using spray-type electrolyzed alkaline cleaning water
Spraying it on the surface of the body and wiping it off with a dry cloth is also effective.
※In either case, if moisture penetrates the stuffing, it will take a considerable amount of time to dry completely, and as mentioned earlier, the stuffing will harden. Therefore, please limit care to only the surface.

This is an original product planned and developed by Creative factory Hoshinohoga.
Salopettes made from Kurume Kasuri, a traditional Japanese cotton textile, are now available.
Each item is carefully handmade.
■ What is "Kurume Kasuri"?
It is a traditional Japanese cotton textile that has been produced in the Chikugo region for over 220 years.
It is produced using a complex and advanced traditional technique where threads are tied, dyed, and the tied areas remain undyed to create patterns.
Among these, hand-woven kasuri, which uses techniques such as "indigo dyeing, hand-tying, and hand-weaving with a shuttle," can only be produced in small quantities annually and was designated as a "National Important Intangible Cultural Property" in 1957.
Additionally, many Kurume Kasuri fabrics that use power looms, such as the one used in this product, were designated as "Traditional Craft Products by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in 1976." It is a very valuable textile that takes two to four months to complete the fabric.

[Cuddly Original Design]
Designed by Aki Narahara of ~Nozomi~, who specializes in clothing designs using Kurume Kasuri.
Emerald green kasuri is used as an accent for the chest切り替え (kirikae - switching between fabrics), covered buttons, back, part of the pockets, and piping. The small pockets can also fit the plush toy's hands.
A certificate with the shipping date and designer's signature will be enclosed, and the item will be wrapped in a special paper box for online shop exclusive. A paper with instructions on how to wear and care for the item is also enclosed, so please be sure to read it.
[Meaning behind the ripple (diamond) pattern]
Since ancient times, the diamond shape has embodied the wish for "health and protection from illness," and has also been used to pray for prosperity of descendants.
The pattern, composed of continuous diamond shapes resembling small ocean waves, carries the wish for continuous and long-lasting prosperity.
